GHI, Goodhart Industries Sdn. Bhd.(402660-U) was incorporated in Malaysia under the name of Copious World Sdn. Bhd. on 18 September 1996 and assumed its present name on 22 October 1998. The principal activities of GHI are manufacturing of precision and engineering plastic parts and components, sub-assembly process and other secondary processes.

GHI commenced manufacturing operation in May 1999. As a result of its expansion, the entire operations were relocated to its new factory that was completed in early of 2001. GHI specialises in precision engineering plastics injection moulding and "big tonnage" injection moulding which enhance and complement the range of plastic injection moulded parts and components that could be produced by the SKPRB Group as a whole.

The production process and the procedures of quality control of GHI are similar to those of SKP. The products produced by GHI consist mainly of components for audio, video, office equipment and computer peripherals. The major products manufactured by GHI are as follows:
