Bhd (524297-T) was incorporated in Malaysia under
the Companies Act, 1965 on 23 August 2000 under the
name of Vital Conglomerate Sdn Bhd. On 12 December
2000, it was converted to apublic limited company and
assumed the name Vital Conglomerate Berhad. Subsequently
on 8 October 2002, it changed its name to SKP Resources
Bhd.

SKPRB is an investment holding company while the corporate
structure is as follows:
SKPRB Group is
principally involved in the manufacturing of plastic
parts and components, precision mould making, the sub-assembly
of electronic and electrical equipment and other secondary
processes. Although each of the subsidiaries in the
SKPRB Group which is involved in the manufacturing sector
specialises in the production of distinct products,
there is a significant degree of similarities between
the manufacturing processes and the products produced
by the said subsidiaries.
